LeaderQ+ it's not what you think it is

Our first event in Jersey today...❤️

We had a nice mix of people from different leadership experiences in different sectors bringing in different perspectives, ideas, questions - all full of curiosity, compassion and a genuine desire to seek to understand.

We also did some emotional intelligence exercises to not only warm-up but bringing people together on a same spectrum of what today was about - Leadership, humans and what does it take to do well in both?

Also, now with LeaderQ+ aligning with Inner Development Goals and GovQ+ aligning with Sustainable Development Goals Ltd -

- We hope to support the arena of Leadership from the perspective and approach to leading inward before outward and further supporting organisations to thrive collectively.

Alignment of LeaderQ+ with Inner Development Goals - This will now not only allow us to simply measure leadership but use it as a compass to guide how can you lead better -not just others but yourself.
