The power of governance.
Governance has been failing; failing to truly address corporate collapse, climate change, financial crime and protect the most vulnerable. But it can be re-imagined to bring new hope and organisational resilience in a complex world that provides for intergenerational value and prosperity.
We can do better.

Our Story
Since 1992, modern governance has evolved hugely, much for the better, and moved more and more towards a framework, systems and controls ethos and approach. The development of 'comply' & 'explain' statements and detailed annual reports has furthered these compliance and reporting obligations. We're developing another approach; one that sees governance as the 'act of governing', not just about conformance, but about performance.
Over the last 5 years, CoSteer and its evidence-backed methodology and technology, GovQ+, have worked in multiple sectors and jurisdictions supporting organisations to observe, measure and improve their governance quality; helping organisations shift their governance towards a more culturally driven, ethical and purpose led endeavour. More about inter-generational prosperity than short-term profit and financial return.

Our Vision
To build, implement and foster a transformative governance that nurtures prosperity, ensures intergenerational value and promotes peace.
Through wisdom, compassion and ingenuity.

Giving back
As a small business, we know how challenging it can be to raise and donate funds. We’re committed to supporting the first seven years of life through our circular community funding initiative — a model that ensures every contribution creates a lasting cycle of growth and sustainability. Since our inception, we’ve raised over £8,000 for non-profit organisations focused on early childhood development, recognising that these formative years shape the leaders and changemakers of the future.
In our first year, despite making no profit, we proudly donated over £6,000 to local children’s charities through our beta-testing policy. Our Guernsey team, Oars4ACause, exemplifies this spirit of purpose-led collaboration, raising over £3,000 through their charity rowathon. Beneficiaries include the Bright Beginnings Children’s Centre, Guernsey Welfare Service, and The Butterfly Café, all of whom play a vital role in nurturing and supporting children and families across the islands (Jersey and Guernsey). Together, we’re proving that community and business can truly power one another.
