If you ask most 'compliance' officers, they will say that one of our biggest risks is our customers.


The quandary is that they also contribute to the majority of our revenue. The balancing act of managing these two elements has never been more critical than it is now.


Seemingly small changes in the way we approach one can exponentially affect the other.


Our customers present both as a risk and an opportunity.

They pose a risk to us.

We pose a risk to them.


They are an opportunity for us.
