Leadership is compulsory

Leadership is the catalyst of metamorphosis.

Transformation, reorganisation, change management; call it what you wish, it is really only possible by choice.

It’s the choice of the person who wishes to change.

Leadership cannot make this choice, but it can provide the environment, the culture, and the acceptability that change is possible.

Because change is voluntary, leadership is compulsory.
